Bin Laden releases another "tape". What would "Bin Laden 2.0" be like? Using a "tape" indicates he is a feckless figure. But the next generation of terrorists won't even know what a "tape" is, or that it is ineffective in staging terrorist attacks. The only thing that all terrorists have in common is the idea of terrorism, which runs on any medium, and is light and flexible (open-source terrorism)
