Songdays

The Songdays are songs based on selected text from diary entries and used as lyrics. It is the second album in the In Sum series and is tentatively titled Gathering Stones

"Opening a book to a "random" page in search of guidance has become such a regular part of human decision making that it has received a name: bibliomancy. Holy books are favorites. The Chinese "Book of Changes," the I Ching, provides a formal way to find potentially relevant passages in a book. Bibliomancy offers consciously created coincidences. One of our research participants wrote, "I was at a treatment center for alcoholism. One night I went to the chapel alone. I told God that I was sorry and needed help. A Bible was sitting in the middle of the altar and I looked at the open pages. Nothing happened.I then randomly turned several pages at once and came to Psalm 23. I felt that the words of the psalm were meant for me. A feeling of hope and peace came over me. That night for the first time in a long time, I slept all night. I have repeated that psalm almost every day since that time and still find the words very comforting."  Connecting With Coincidence p. 145

Here are videos I've made as demos:
